You can now get complete assistance for your issues while using BrightExpenses. To assist you further with issues or queries you may have, you can grant permission to support for a certain period of time to help the support user access your account. This access will remain valid for 96 hours.
Steps
- On the top panel, click Settings icon.
- In the Grant Account Access tab, click Grant Access.
- In the Grant Account Access confirmation message window, click Confirm.
- The Grant Account Access tab will display the text Support Request Created for next 96 hours.
