You can now get complete assistance for your issues while using BrightExpenses. To assist you further with issues or queries you may have, you can grant permission to support for a certain period of time to help the support user access your account. This access will remain valid for 96 hours. 

Steps

1. On the top panel, click Settings icon.
2. In the Grant Account Access tab, click Grant Access.
3. In the Grant Account Access confirmation message window, click Confirm.
4. The Grant Account Access tab will display the text Support Request Created for next 96 hours.
