Upload ROS Digital Certificate
You can view the ROS Digital Certificate Details in this section. You can also update a new ROS Digital Certificate in .p12 and .p12.bac file format or delete an existing uploaded certificate, if required.
Steps
- On the top panel, click Settings icon.
- In the My Settings tab, Click Choose File to upload the relevant .p12 or .p12.bac file and enter the password.
Optional: Enter the Agent TAIN linked to the relevant ROS Digital Certificate. This Agent TAIN, if updated, is also used while Expense Submission. - Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed to ensure the successful upload of the new ROS Digital Certificate.
- To upload a new certificate or to update the existing one, select the Certificate drop-down and click Update to upload the relevant ROS Digital Certificate. The certificate details will be updated successfully.
To go back to the existing ROS Digital Certificate Details, click Cancel. - To delete a existing uploaded certificate, select the Certificate drop-down and click Delete.
- In the confirmation message window, click Delete. the certificate is deleted successfully.
Submission Email Alerts
You will receive Email alerts by default for successful submissions, submission errors and due submissions on your registered Email ID.
To turn on the Email alert for successful submissions, select the Turn on Email alerts for successful submissions checkbox.
To turn on the Email alert for submission errors, select the Turn on Email alerts for submission errors checkbox.
To turn on the Email alert for due submissions in case any Expense Submission in Not Submitted status for the current or previous date, select the Turn on Email alerts for late submissions checkbox.
Click Save to save the changes.
