Overview
After logging into BrightExpense, your landing page depends on the number of employers associated with your account. You'll be directed to the Employers page if you have multiple employers. However, if you have only one employer, you'll be taken directly to the Expense Submissions page showing expenses related to that employer.
Viewing the Employers List
When multiple employers are associated with your account, the Employers View List displays the following information for each employer:
- Employer Name
- Employer Registration Number
Searching for Employers
You can easily locate specific employers using the Search box located in the top panel of the Employers page.
Important Notes
- Employers become visible in the list only after they have submitted payroll in their payroll product.
- An employer can only be deleted if there are no expenses in the Submitted status.
